ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every Doubles Club hat is embroidered just for you after you place your order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, followed by standard shipping of 3 to 4 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days.
We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Why are your hats made to order?
We believe in making products thoughtfully, not stockpiling inventory.
Each hat is embroidered only after it’s ordered, which helps reduce waste and allows us to focus on creating new designs instead of filling a warehouse. It takes a little longer, but we think it’s worth the wait.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins quickly, we ask that any changes or cancellations be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

What if my order is delayed?
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but shipping delays occasionally happen due to weather, carrier issues, or seasonal demand.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, reach out to us at doublesclub.co@gmail.com and we’ll look into it.
Who makes and ships your hats?
We partner with a professional embroidery and fulfillment company that produces each Doubles Club hat to order. Their network of production facilities allows us to deliver high-quality embroidery while keeping shipping times as short as possible.
If you ever have a question about your order, simply contact us. We’ll take it from there.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Because every Doubles Club hat is embroidered specifically for you, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Please email doublesclub.co@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
We’ll arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
I entered the wrong shipping address.
If you notice the mistake within 24 hours of placing your order, email us immediately.
If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

What hats do you use?
We carefully choose athletic-style caps that are comfortable enough for long mornings on the court and versatile enough to wear everywhere else.
Each product page includes the specific hat style, fit, and sizing information.
How do the hats fit?
Most of our hats are available in two stretch-fit sizes: S/M and L/XL.
If you’re between sizes or unsure which one to choose, the sizing information on each product page will help you find the best fit.
How is the embroidery done?
Every Doubles Club hat is embroidered using professional commercial embroidery equipment for a clean, durable finish.
The result is crisp stitching that’s made to look great through years of regular wear.
CARE
How should I care for my hat?
For everyday care, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap.
If a deeper cleaning is needed, gently hand wash in cool water and allow the hat to air dry. Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and high heat to help maintain both the shape of the hat and the quality of the embroidery.

Every Doubles Club hat is embroidered to order through our trusted fulfillment partner using production facilities in the United States and around the world.
Production location may vary depending on the product and where it’s being shipped, but every order is held to the same quality standards.
